WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?
We use 100% soy wax in all of our candles. Soy wax is a natural, renewable resource derived from soybeans, which allows for a clean, long-lasting burn. It also holds a higher fragrance load, meaning you'll experience a strong, consistent scent while your candle is burning. Unlike paraffin wax, which is petroleum-based, soy wax offers a more mindful alternative for everyday home fragrance.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SCENTED WITH?
Our products are scented with high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils that are IFRA-compliant for safety and performance. These fragrances are carefully formulated for use in soy wax to ensure consistency and a strong, clean scent throw. Many of our blends are also infused with natural essential oils to enhance depth and overall fragrance experience.
HOW LONG DO RUSTIC RAYS CANDLES BURN?
• 9 oz Candles / Amber Jars – 45+ hrs
• 12 oz Candles / Black Tins – 55+ hrs
• 14 oz Candles / Amber Jar Double Wicks – 65+ hrs
Burn times are approximate and can vary based on how your candle is cared for. Proper wick trimming, airflow, room temperature, and placement all play a role in overall performance.
DO YOUR CANDLES HAVE A SHELF LIFE?
Our candles are typically made just days or weeks before they reach you. For best fragrance and performance, we recommend using them within two years of purchase.
SHIPPING + RETURN QUESTIONS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, unless noted otherwise on our website.* Once your order has left our studio, delivery time depends on your location and USPS transit schedules. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
*Please note: wholesale orders are not included in this timeframe.

While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, your satisfaction is important to us.
