WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE WITH?
• Candles & Wax Melts – 100% pure soy wax, premium phthalate free fragrances, and lead & zinc free cotton braided wicks
• Air + Linen Sprays – Premium phthalate free fragrances, witch hazel, and distilled water
• Diffusers – Premium phthalate free fragrances, and diffuser base liquid*
*Di Propylene Glycol free, volatile organic compounds compliant, 100% biodegradable

All fragrances used are phthalate free, paraben free, vegan, not tested on animals, and are leaping bunny compliant.

HOW LONG DO RUSTIC RAYS CANDLES LAST?
• 9 oz Candles / Amber Jars – 35-45 hrs
• 12 oz Candles / Black Tins – 45-55 hrs
• 14 oz Candles / Wood Wicks – 55-65 hrs

These times are estimates and depend on the overall care of your candle - the upkeep of wick trimming, how long you are burning each time, and where your candle is being burned (if there is a draught or not).

HOW ARE SOY CANDLES DIFFERENT FROM PARAFFIN OR BLENDED WAX CANDLES?
100% soy candles are made of natural, pure, soy wax. Soy wax comes from soy beans, a renewable resource; therefore, making a clean burning and long-lasting candle. Soy wax holds a higher fragrance load, which means a stronger scent is released while burning. Paraffin wax candles (sometimes referred to as blended soy, depending on percentages used) use wax derived from petroleum or crude oil, and have been found to contain known carcinogens.

WHY ARE RUSTIC RAYS CANDLES AND MELTS WHITE AND NOT COLORED?
Our products are dye-free which is why they are an off-white color. We love that clean, crisp, natural look!

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website.* Delivery time after your order leaves our hands depends on your location and USPS transit times. Use the tracking number in your confirmation email to track your order and estimated arrival date.

*Wholesale orders do not fall under this timeframe.
