Wholesale Client Guidelines
OVERVIEW
• Wholesale pricing ranges from 40-50% off our retail prices
• A minimum product order of $150 USD is required for your opening order
• There is no annual spending requirement to maintain your account with us after you have applied and been accepted as a Rustic Rays Candle Co. vendor
• Retailers will provide the means to display all products purchased
• Retailers can set product retail pricing to whatever they see fit for their store/boutique as long as it is not less than our online retail price
• Submit your application to become a Rustic Rays Candle Co. retailer through the wholesale tab on our menu. After we review your application, we will then send you more information about creating a username, so you can log in and start shopping!
SHIPPING
• Orders will be completed, shipped, and arrive within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed (unless there are shipping delays). If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out before you place your order!
• All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground depending on quantity of items and/or their weight
• Retailers are required to pay the shipping cost on their orders, unless otherwise discussed
PAYMENT
• Payment is due online at the time of checkout
• Discount codes offered via our site, including our rewards program, are not applicable to wholesale orders
DISCLAIMERS
• All Rustic Rays Candle Co. products are hand poured individually. As with any handcrafted product, slight variances, especially in wax color, may occur and are a natural part of the handmade process. If you are concerned with the way a product looks, please do not hesitate to reach out, so the situation can be assessed
• Our prices are subject to change without notice. Our goal is to offer the lowest price possible to our wholesale customers and with this comes changes in price breakdowns
• We will not tolerate retailers removing any labels or tags from our products. We reserve the right to immediately discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported doing so.
