Shipping Updates

Thank you for choosing to shop with Rustic Rays Candle Co.!

With the hot Summer months upon us, we are doing everything we can to ship out orders in the best way possible to avoid dewiness/melting of products while in transit to you. This means that orders may be delayed a few days since we will ship out on days that are cooler in temperature.

For instance, if you order on a Thursday, your order may not ship until the following Monday to avoid orders sitting on a hot delivery truck over the weekend. Keep in mind candles and wax products are meant to burn/melt! If your products arrive a little bit melty, wait a few hours and they will solidify again and be ready to use. 

We are not responsible for packages once they are picked up by the delivery service (USPS, UPS). If your package is taking longer to get to you than expected, this is not our fault. Please use the tracking number provided on your confirmation of shipment email to track your order and get updates.
