Summer Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Rustic Rays Candle Co.!
During the warmer months, we take extra precautions to help ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. To reduce the risk of heat exposure during transit, orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday. In some cases, Thursday shipments may be possible depending on your location and estimated delivery time. We generally avoid shipping orders on Fridays to prevent packages from sitting in carrier facilities or delivery vehicles over the weekend.
Please keep in mind that candles, wax melts, and other wax-based products are designed to soften and melt when exposed to heat. Because of this, temporary softening, sweating, dewiness, or minor cosmetic changes may occur during transit, especially during periods of extreme temperatures. These changes do not affect the performance, safety, or fragrance of the product.
If your order arrives warm or softened, we recommend bringing it indoors and allowing it to return to room temperature before use. In most cases, the product will return to its normal appearance and function.
Due to factors outside of our control once a package leaves our facility, Rustic Rays Candle Co. cannot guarantee products will remain completely unaffected by high temperatures during transit. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for minor melting, softening, sweating, or cosmetic changes caused by heat exposure.
However, if your order arrives with significant damage or you believe there is an issue beyond normal heat-related effects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
