Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been misdelivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.
